The Sales Agency division of At Liberty came about organically through the styling and retail projects of our Creative Agency arm. After consistently being asked to represent and help brands, makers and craftspeople to launch into the Asia market we decided it was time to kick things off and in January of 2020 At Liberty Sale Agency was born.

Julie Shah, raised in the US, of Indian heritage. After receiving her Masters Degree from New York University in International Relations, she began styling and producing photo shoots for the likes of Wolford, and L’oreal and later produced fashion shows for over 6 years with a high profile client list as Proenza Schouler, G-Star and Gap.
She shifted to Hong Kong, working with Monocle Magazine, supporting their retail shops and pop up endeavours throughout the Asia region, providing a steep education on the Asian retail landscape. After taking a few years to research the market, in 2013 she launched her company, focused on market strategy and distribution for international brands looking to enter Asia. Jules & Co brands sell in leading offline and digital stores in Greater China. Her brand mix focuses on home, lifestyle and fragrance.
